Arrive Alive


We guarantee your order will arrive alive and healthy. If in the rare accession they don't arrive healthy or alive we offer 3 options to resolve the issue. 

You must send me clear picture of the DOA (Dead on Arrival) order within 3 hours of the 1st delivery attempt based on tracking.

1. Reshipment/ replacment at no cost to you at all 

2. Store Credit for the entire purchase price including shipping. The credit will be sent to you as a Discount Coupon for your next purchase.  

3. Refund- We will issue you a full refund, this option is only used when a replacment order can not be reshipped in a timely manner. 

We may also change carriers on reshipments if there was a carrie issues that caused a delay in delivery. I will let you know if this happens.  

For 2016 we had a 99.6% live arrival rate and that includes the holiday shipping season.
