ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE

We guarantee your order will arrive alive when shipped overnight (not when shipped Priority). If in the rare accession they don't arrive healthy or alive we offer a couple options to resolve the issue. 

You must send me clear pictures of the DOA (Dead on Arrival) in the unopened bag within 1 hour of the 1st delivery attempt based on tracking.

1. A one time replacment of the fish but not the shipping.

2. Store Credit for the purchase price excluding shipping.

 

We may also change carriers on reshipments if there was a carrie issues that caused a delay in delivery. I will let you know if this happens.  

From 2018 - 2021 we had a 99.6% live arrival rate including the holiday shipping season and a 98.5% with Priority mail.
