Shipping Schedule
All live fish orders ship on Mondays.
If Monday is a federal holiday, orders ship Tuesday.
We do not ship later in the week to avoid weekend delays and carrier holds.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Zones & Rates
We use USPS Priority Mail on live fish orders. Shipping rates are based on your destination within the continental United States.

We do not ship to Hawaii.
Packaging
All live shipments are packed in insulated boxes clearly marked "Live Tropical Fish."
Heat packs or cold packs are included at no additional charge whenever weather conditions require them.
Each shipment is packed with pure oxygen to maximize the health of your fish during transit.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on destination and are designed to help cover postage, insulated packaging, oxygen, and temperature protection required for live fish.
Important Notice
If additional shipping charges are required because of an unusual order, oversized shipment, or a shipping address outside our normal service areas, we will contact you before your order ships.
