Shipping Schedule

All live fish orders ship Monday only.
If Monday is a holiday, orders ship Tuesday.
We do not ship later in the week to avoid weekend delays and carrier holds.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We use Express 1–2 Day Shipping on all live orders to ensure fast, safe delivery of tropical fish and aquatic livestock from our licensed Florida fish farm.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination zone within the United States.

We do not ship to Hawaii.

Shipping Information

All live shipments are packed in insulated boxes clearly labeled “Live Tropical Fish.”
Heat packs or ice packs are included at no extra cost as needed for temperature control.

Our shipping charges are based on standard carrier zones.
The farther your delivery location, the higher the zone number—and the higher the shipping fee.
Factors influencing shipping cost include:

Package weight and size
Carrier policies
