• Heat packs or ice packs are included at no extra cost

• We do not ship to Hawaii

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
If Monday is a holiday, orders go out Tuesday. We do not ship later in the week to avoid delays from weekend holds—some areas don’t offer Saturday delivery, and we have no way of knowing in advance.

All live shipments are packed in insulated boxes clearly labeled “Live Tropical Fish.”

• Express 1–2 Day (Standard Box): $29.99

• Express 1–2 Day (Large Box): $39.99

Larger or heavier orders that require additional insulation, space, or oxygen will be packed in a larger box. If your order qualifies for this, please select the Large Box shipping option during checkout.

If the incorrect option is not selected, we’ll contact you before shipment to arrange the appropriate shipping upgrade.
